UIF commits *****
After retiring, I submitted a claim through a very helpful agency. I received four months' payment only. When I queried this, I was told that the DOL had a salary schedule for the last three years only. This is nothing other than blatant *****. My salary schedule is from January 2009, up to my retirement in July 2018, showing that I was fully employed for that whole period. Once again, if you are dealing with this so-called government, you should expect nothing but dishonesty and *******ion

19 Feb 2019, 07:25My humble apologies to the UIF department. The error in salary schedule was not their fault, but rather Denel that neglected to pass information through to UIF. The people at UIF wnet out of their way to rectify the situation
