UIF CLAIMS UNRELIABLE

This is the worst service from UIF Claims all over SA. I am on 2 Groups on facebook and everybody is complaining from USSD *134*843# not working for 2 months now - to money getting less and less although i should receive payments up until October 2024. Everyone think they are *****ing our money and only paying out some of the monies owed to us. Then there is the call centre who does not want to assist and scream at you when you as when your money will be paid. I have been waiting for 2 months now for my 7th payment. Paymaster closed and nothing. What do you people at the UIF office (PAYMASTERS) think we must eat?????
