UIF claims unattended too

Department of labour at KEMPTON PARK don't have customer service, the only thing that they know is to prey on ladies and if you don't date them then you doomed you will be sent from pillar to post. There is alot of infedility going on there. Male workers take advantage of us. I claimed for my UIF since August but till today i haven't received my payment. I have been signing the very same documents when i go there. I sign then they tell me i should expect my money in the next 7 days but still nothing.

When i ask what's the hold up with my application no one seems to answer me. All they know is to ask us out and delay our process so that we can go there every time and see our faces. I've waited long enough for the money, Iam even at the verge of being listed for credit bureau , but no they don't care about that because their bank balance is secured and they don't have any worries so why help us? What happened to proper customer service in South Africa?
