UIF CLAIMS UNANSWERED CALLS AND DELAY IN PAYMENTS

I don't even know the worst public service EVER has not been stressed enough we pay these ***********s our money just for them to sit back relax and get paid again while they'll even expect us to remind them to their Jobs eventually when you do get ahold of them since they don't answer the phones or reply on your email but when they do answer the phone, they will ask you why didn't you follow up to remind them to do their Jobs there is always a problem with the online service than you have to go to them wait for hours just to make an appointment for another day seriously this is just ridiculous, I really don't even know how the whole departments is USELESS
