UIF claims take forever!

I have been retrenched on the 7th of December 2018. Ever since i have had to claim for unemployment benefits there has been some sort of problem i.e. offline,site maintenance etc. I have put in my claim for this month on the 27th of April and now when i try to access the site to see what the status of my payment is it says it is unable to pull my history. This is ridiculous as many people are unemployed or on maternity leave and have accounts and things that need to be paid on or before a specific date. I'm so furious!
