UIF claims refusing to pay me money due to ME!

Submitted my claim, all in order, got approved . Received an sms on the 9th July saying my money will be paid within 7 working days. Today is the 1 August. No money received. Nothing not even a cent. Why is the department of labour refusing to pay me what is rightfully mine? I have been paying Unemployment Insurance Find for all my employment life. Today when I need it the most, claim and get approved they still refuse to pay me? This is a high level of theft! Please can you pay what is due to me.
