UIF claims process tedious and stressful

The most tedious service from ufilling, I app**** and the system asked for any documents but said I will get an answer with 20days. A month later I called them was asked to email documents, 1 month later I am told my documents are waiting for an assessor to approve and this doesn’t have turnaround time. This service must be given to private sector to run, government is very useless and getting anything right. I just got a new job and know that will give them an excuse not to pay me. in fact we should be given an option to opt out of paying for this monthly because we never benefit from it.
