UIF Claims Pending without Payment

I have app**** for my UIF claim in March and I went into the Dept of Labor in Benoni to sign for my first payment to be released on the 14 April and I still have not received any payment as of yet - 3 months later. Last week I followed up via the call centre and I was told that I have to go and submit my 3months bank statement and a bank form which I had already submitted in March, but when I got to the Dept of Labor in Benoni to submit they told me they don't require the documents as I have already submitted them in March when applying. Then I was asked to sign another form to re-submit and wait another 10-15 working days for the pay out (my first payout, I have never received anything as yet). My concern is that we are obliged and paid our UIF monthly and now my monthly expenses are set back by 3months and debts are piling up waiting for the offices to process my claim, I don't understand the incompetence that is exposed by the Dept of Labor inconveniencing people's lives due to systems being offline both in the office and online, worse the staff in the offices cut queues or even worse make us sign another document for re-submission extending the waiting period even after all the required documents where submitted from the beginning. You may not know this but you are making peoples lives difficult and inconviniencing them others even commit suicide because of the debts piling up, feeling useless like you cant do anything/ provide for your children whereas Dept of Labor is sitting with an application for 3 months without payment and not coming up with solutions.Other people while waiting in physical queues at the office in Benoni shared that they sadly had to walk to get to office, leave their houses at 3am to get to the offices by 6am to hold a spot in the long queue and avoid getting cut and being told to return the following day. I mean really these are innocent people risking their lives just to get their money owed to them because where are they expected to get the money to travel back and forth to the offices without funds being paid out? This is toying with people's lives due to incompetence and taking SA citizens for granted. Your staff needs to do their jobs efficiently as they get paid monthly for this, hire extra staff if need be because this is unfair and utterly disappointing.
