UIF Claims not being paid

The lack of interest with the UIF claims is unreal, being retrenched we actually depend on this money, awaiting payment since August. They say their systems not working since August, when you ask them how long with it take, they dont know. No one knows anything, why is there an online facility if we cant get help. Our money is easily taken every month no problem but now when we need it we can get the money or help. This is so sad.
