UIF claims, no help 3 months no payment

Good day

My name is Mitchell Maila I have been coming to Department of Labour Atteridgville for 3 Months signing for the money I haven’t been employed since last year I only received money in February 2025 and till date I haven’t been getting anything I’m frustrated as we speak I can’t pay bills I haven’t been paying my landlord for over 3 months I’ve been giving him the same excuse that the department is giving me problems I que at the department at 5 am wait till they get at the offices at 8 and still not get assistance after standing almost the entire day there, I get there to sign and they don’t even deliver the signature document back to the labour offices in the CBD. I really need assistance with payment ASAP please it is already frustrating that im unemployed and still having to not get money that was meant to help during this difficult time of unemployment can you please attend to this matter. The service at the labour department in Atteridgville is very bad please too I was told that supervisors will call me and nothing has happened my issues would be escalated immediately and nothing has happened
