Uif claims forever delayed

Sincr may i have been waiting for my uif claims in july on the 18th 2023. It. Was approved bit to current date no money had been paid out into my bank account everytime we calles we were told that we should wait at leastn7bton14 days to b4 paid accorsing ti the sns we receive it says 5 days but none of the above jas taken place im still waiting the call centre has no answers as to why we are delayed in our payments something needs to he done we need money to survive we have failed ...pleaee can u find a solution as to whybwe are delayed or can an investigation take place regarding this
