Uif claims

I called in to Labour department in Connection with a uif unemployment claim and was told about the option on ufilling and I have tryed it this was last month the 14th July 2020,till this day when I call in on statues or feed back no reply and noone can help? It's a month and a half later I just want to know we're I stand I need clarity
