UIF Claims department useless!!!!

I had to wait for 3 months before I can get my first payment, now I submitted for paymentvon the 25 May but upbtill now it's the 8th day my status still ditting on submitted. This waiting period of 7 - 15 days it's killing us. The stuff there must do some work for a change! Government staff don't work they sit there busy talking instead of working. They must work for a change!
