Uif claims

Since I've app**** for my uif in February 2023 I haven't received anything when I call they tell me to wait for 20 days for my claim to approve till today my status haven't change...each and every time when I go to labour we will wait for so many hours outside then after then will tell us the system is down we have to come back again tomorrow...just imagine the money I'm waiting to go there every day...department of labour is failing us even if we call the call center they know nothing you will be told different stories every day...I'm so hurt because I am not working....department of labour is really failing us...😭
