Uif claims complain

I was terminated on the 28th of August 2020, and after a long hustle I got all the documents I neede to apply for uif. Therefore due to the pandemic and the Covid regulations I decided to cut matters short and apply online. My application was completed on the 5th of September 2020, and it was sent to the assessor. Seconds later I received an sms stating that I will be contacted within 35 days for further information. End of September I was still not contacted I decided to wait a few weeks,End of October I decided to contact my nearest branch which is Maponya mall. I got there at 5:30am luckily I wasn’t sent back home I made the cut although I watched alot of people being sent back because they came late and did not make the cut. We waited over four hours just for employees to walk in and to sort us relatively. At around 9:30am they then began to help the first group of 10 people. We still waited patiently finally at 12am I was assisted after waiting soo long the feeling was so excruciating and I was very annoyed. The lady that was helping me then told me that I needed to have my documents luckily I had them. Now what annoyed me the most was that no one and I mean no one informed me that I need to come to the branch and have them scanned. She took them and placed them in a box she then told me that if I’m not payed by the 10th of November I should come back, I went back again and they moved the date to the 10th of December 2020 today it is the 8th and I’m still not payed I’m unemployed and I need this money and when I check online my status application still says sent to assessor. I’m very annoyed because the service at Maponya mall is disgusting the wait to be served is very annoying also, it is not fair because as employees we do not need such hustles to be payed. I’ve got people I used to work with who went to places like Roodepoort to claim their benefits about 2 weeks ago and they are already payed now the question is why is taking so long for us to payed?
