Uif claims

Hellopeter i am writing on behalf of my mother who has a problem she worked as a domestic worker since 2009 she has been contributing for UIF and at the age of 60 she app**** for social grants and was still working now 2020 she retired and had her UIF claimed and this year April when she went to recieve it they told her she only qualifies to get R2000 over all these years . And they did not explain property why she recieved only that amount now she is seeking gor help.
