UIF claims C-*** ticket number

I submitted an application online last week Thursday and I received application number #***. I received an error message that I can't amend banking details online, so I called in to ask which banking details do they have since I can't amend. The lady I spoke to said my application has been rejected since I don't have enough credits, I must be employed for 4 years to claim. Can't I claim the little credit available? After I lost my job, I've worked for 3 years and 8 months, but I can't get the contributions!
