UiF Claims

Hi, I have been waiting on my UIF approval since 5 May 2020 Can anyone help me please. I have called and they said there was a Mistake so i have been try ever since to fix it and i already did all processors they asked of me and the company yet no change even after the waiting periods still nothing and i just called again and to their call center to explain and the guy just hanged up on me after waiting an hour to talk to someone....Please Help me
