Uif claims are being delayed for no reason

I have been waiting for my uif for may recived the 7 day SMS by 5 may till today nothing in my account and I'm paying my school fees with that money tomorrow I have to pay 2500 for 1st aid course but coz uif decided to hold my funds I don't know what to do wen u call the customer service dey will tel you the matter has been forwarded to relavent ppl every month it's a struggle to be paid your own money.
