UIF CLAIMS ALTERAM AND DEPT OF LABOUR

Alteram, the call centre agenta for Department of Labou is a waste of Tax Payer Money.

The fact that they use COVID 19 as an excuse still is prove that they are not able do give any service to any company and yet the GOVERNMENT use these idiots to run a department for people in need.

I can not belief that something that is suppose to take 2 minutes, takes 2 months.

Everyone might be happy with this service delivery, but when is this mentality going to change as this is not helping our country nor us as a Tax Payer.
