If it was up to me I would give this place a negative 1

They playing with us here with their untrained stuff because each time you call they give you a completely different story and the wait time for the funds to be paid out is ridiculous

I made my first claim in May and only got it in August after numerous calls with different stories and now I'm struggling to get my second payment and I'm going through the same struggle where I don't get an straight answer of when they will be paying

I'm currently unemployed and need that money to support my family
