UIF Claims

If i could rate this has zero or negative stars i would. I submitted a claim in September 2021 for uif benefits till today this claim has not beem resolved yet you take my money every month without failure. Your staff is as *********** as your system. I even wrote to their complaints department and they dont bother to respond. They should make uif optional on your pay and not mandatory as its a ****!
