UIF claims

Im not happy with the service i received at Department of Labour regarding my UIF claims, i went and sign for my claim , but to my disappointment i only received R1300 only ,but my collegues received R3000 upwards, they gave me the second date to sign which was the 26th of November ,when i got there to sign for my second payment, they said theres no money anymore , that R1300 i received was once off... i dont know how come i only received a small amount of money ...What happened to the money i was supposed to receive as my second paymeànt... i would like hellopeter to review this issue..
