Uif claims

It's been 2 years since I've app**** for my uif till to date no payment has been received, no communication only thing they do when you calling them is that "they escalating the matter" . When us this department going to assist South African people with no hesitation because now seems as if we asking for this money but we worked our butt off for it but now we being controlled by the system and it's not right.
