UIF CLAIMS

I have submitted my claims on the 21st of June 2022 till do date I did not received any funds, went to the branch more than 10X they always tell mi to wait for 10 working days.i have submitted all required documents and send several emails to ask about the process not getting any feedbacks, called the branch almost everyday no answer.
