UIF CLAIMS

Dept of labour PTA is just a painful reminder of poor, DISGUSTING Govt service. U queue repeatedly for the simplest things that couldve been told to u via phone. U q 4days to just check if your claim is processed or not. Only to find they never processed a claim submitted EONS AGO, because they misplaced docs i repeatedly submitted. Their Call center NEVER picks up when u trying to do telephonic follow up. Its 2016 & STILL no improvement on their PATHETIC service ! Sies man
