UIF Claims

I opened a case with Labour department against the United Hallaal Meat Processing. The company did not register me with the Labour department yet was deducting UIF. This case was handled by Ms Innocentia who referred me to Mr Buntu stating that the case required inspectors who are superior to her. Mr Buntu kept on delaying and denying that he received the email referring the case to him. I went to Braamfontein Labour Department offices only to be attended by Mr Zweli who ha been handling this case thus far. Sadly Mr Zweli does not respond to calls anymore and this is after his visits to the company i worked for. It has been 9 months now and there no way forward..
