UIF claims

I retired in February 2015 and submitted claims for UIF payments. After about 2 months and numerous visits to the above office the claim was approved and a first payment was received.<br> The second payment request was submitted on 31 July as agreed. I received a confirming sms advising that the payment would be effected within 7 to 10 days and if I had any queries a call centre number should be contacted. This number is never answered. I returned to the offices on Wed 20 Aug only to be advised that the claim was approved on 5 August and it would take a further 10 to 15 working days for payment.<br> My wife was retrenched some 3 years back and claims were paid the day after the claim was submitted.<br> I find th delay is.e current system totally unacceptable as no one is prepared to even check what the
