Uif claims

I app**** for uif at labour department and surrendered all the relavant documents in vanderbailjpark 3 months ago they called me to go back and give them my passport and permit, The told me to wait for 1 month if i don't get a call i must go back to check. I went back to check after a month they told me that the claim is not in their System, they sent my documents to Germiston that's where they are processing, i have to wait for a call or sms. Until date i haven't received anything. my question is if the claim is not in vanderbailjpark System that means the System of vanderbailjpark and Germiston are different? The company deducted uif from my salary for years and the company gave all documents to claim the uif.
