Uif claims

The service we receive is outrageous. The online platform was supose to make the claim process smoother but going on four months my claim is still sitting .I have sent tons of email both to the contact center and the complaints but no one bothers to replay.i have been contributing to this fund for more then 18years and when u need it u have to run in circles
