UIF claimes

Getting approved for UIF is impossible due to the fact that nobody knows how to sort a problem and computor systems are always of line. Always getting the same same respons , and i quote ' when the system comes back on line then i will check what the problem is, and then i will phone you if we need anything from you' although everything has already been handed in to them and it has been 3 months already. How long must a person wait before one hears anything about been approved.
