Uif claimed delayed

I have app**** for my uif earlier August and I was told to comes back to sign for payment on 17 September.They said after 10 days my money will reflect on my account; which didn't happen and I went back on the 3rd October to find out what happened only to be told that the person who does payments hasn't processed my uif. Department of labour Kroonstad is delaying claims internationally; even today I'm still waiting; I went there on Monday and I was told system is not working and Tuesday I went there around 14:25 and the security guard told me that; they were told to not allow uif people to enter anymore.23 October 2024 today still no help.
