Uif claimed and no help over 6months

<p>I claimed my uif in January 22 2016 in mamelodi branch and submitted all the paperwork and they said i must come back in a month.I went and waited from 08h00 am until 14h00 and I was promised i will get money in 7days and i must come back after30 days and this went on till today.l went to my lawyer for help and 2weeks later I got an sms sending me to Soshanguve branch to a lady called Mmama ,the most rude person I ever met .she did even look at my profile or even try to help she just started shouting and send me away like trash.now I'm back to square 1.can I please get assistance we the matter. </p> <p>Ps.
