UIF claim, worse service

If I could rate them zero I would. The UIF center doesn't care about you, did a claim 3 months ago, until this day have not received a cent. I call every week and I get told there's no turn around time, have been asking how long do I have to wait. They don't have an answer for me instead they keep on telling me that there's alot of claims I must give them time, however I must not worry because they have received all my documents. Question is how long? We have families to feed, what is the point of paying tax and then the day you need money you do not get help. Whole 3 months. SA government workers in those offices really do not care about us.
