Uif claim unsatisfied

Hi I will like to share my bad experience and poor service of our department of labour during my uif claim that is dragging long without explanation from them i keep going to inquire but nothing happened so far i have submitted all required documents but i don't understand what is it that delays the payment.please help. Thanks.
