UIF claim (unattended)

Good day,

I submitted a UIF claims for the first time on 19 November 2024 and until today haven't received any communication at all. I'm getting stressed, schools are re-opening next week, haven't done anything for my daughter and everytime I do a follow up they say the assessor is busy with it but was promised communication in less than 30 working days (excluding the days you were closed), and now my question is for how long because I'm in a very tough situation. Please assist urgently, ID number - ***.
