UIF Claim Unattendance

I've app**** for unemployment benefit in Jan'23, have submitted all required documents and to date have not received anything not even an approval communication. The call centre keep saying they'll escalate the matter every time I call, but no feedback. I am tired of following up and my ask is why people are encouraged to contribute for this UIF if this will be the treatment they'll get? ... and even the Call Centre are they just taking our calls for formalities??
