UIF claim still unpaid 12 month's later

I am very disappointed in the service and assistance I have been receiving from the UIF Office in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

My application was submitted in August 2017 and I still haven't received any contribution towards my maternity leave and it's almost a year later.

I have sat in ques more than 20 hours and every time the outcome is: there is a "back-log" and cannot confirm when any payment will be made.

With no maternity leave contribution from my employee, I was and still am dependent on the contribution of the UIF.
