uif claim still not processed since last year

I was recently retrenched last year and went to submit my uif claim in September 2015 ,I was told it was processed by Emmanuel and to my surprise when I checked online today my claim hasn't been processed and my documents haven't been captured. I've been visiting the labour department every month ever since I submitted my claim on the dates that I've been provided my the officials who work there. In December I asked for the supervisor who then checked for my claim then laughed and said Emmanuel didn't submit it but she will take it upon herself to get it done but I must know that she and her staff are going on holiday and she also suggested that I check again in January for a payout. Today I decided to check online because my daughter who has a two week old baby has been going there to check on her maternity claim all week and is being told they offline and she must come back after two days. Today we discovered online that my claim hasn't been captured or processed. We are under a lot of stress as we're behind on our bills and have a newborn to provide for. The service there is appalling , they always say they offline or going on their lunch break they even turn us away after 12
