UIF claim stil not approved since May201

I put in a complaint before and only the universe knows what work is actually done at the dept of labour roodepoort. I put in my application on the 6th of May and to date is has not been approved. Its been 6 weeks since i was told that my documents was scanned in incorrectly and that it would be printed out and rescanned in the correct format and name and i can expect an sms within 3days!!! guess what???? nothing! zilch! Nada! Niks! I am unable to go back as i have no transport money. The service delivery in any government sector is pathetic. Give me a job Mr president and i will show them how one actually earns a salary and appreciate a good job.
