uif claim since feb 2016

<p>I would like to complain about a mitchell's plain labour centre that is giving me a run arround with my uif application. I app**** for the uif on the 22nd february 2016 submitted the necessary documents that is required. After being there 3 times and phoning after them I got a letter refusing my application and they need a U19 form from my previouse employer before my last employer that I worked for. Dont know why the agent couldnt say that on the day when she checked my documents before she took it and captured it.</p> <p>I submitted thr U19 form on the 18th May 2016 and was assured a call would be given on the 27th may if not then I must come in on the 30th may. I did not get a call on the 27th May and went to the office the 30th May and no documents seem to be submitted so the agent made a copy of the U19 form again and said I would get a call from the supervisor. I tried phoning the labour centre the wednesday and the phones was just ringing. I waited till thursday and no call from the supervisor still then I phoned and was promised a call from the supervisor on that day but no call. The friday I phone again the was told he is not in.</p> <p>The monday ‎6th June 2016 I went to mitchells plain labour centre again spoke to the supervisor Mr Peter August and was told he will give me a call back the same day but no call. I phoned the next day and was transfered and the line was ringing eventualy my airtime was finish and had no more money to purches airtime. The wednesday I phoned again and was told thag mr Peters will only be in on monday then I requested to speak to someone highet then Mr peters then was transfered to Mr Adams who took my id number and comfirmed my number on the system and was told he will phone me back in an hour mr adams phoned back and advise me that my document is still outstanding. I explained that submitted the documents twice and he said he will look into it. The thursday mr peter phoned me and I had to advise him again that the document was submitted twice and to whome he just said he will call me back but no call upto date. </p> <p>I phoned this morning to find out whats happening on the application a guy picked up and just confirmed there is no outcome so I asked if mr peter is there then he just transfered me and the line was just ringing untill I have no airtime again.</p> <p>Im so disgusted my the service im getting so far from mitchells plain labour centre no curtesy call to say if the documents was found and was sent away or do ‎I need resubmit for the 3rd time.
