UIF Claim Rejected Wrongfully

I received an SMS stating that my UIF Claim was rejected? Why did I receive this SMS.

I am entitled to claiming for UIF and my employer sent me the UIF Forms to do so.

No reason was provided as to why the claim was rejected.

Could someone help, please!?
