Uif claim rejected status not changing

I submitted online and it was rejected. I went to to marlboro( sandon) branch with all the document and they confirmed that all is well and that I must check status in the uifonline, it's been a months now and status hasn't changed and no sms received. I then went back on Tuesday 21 and the assistant told me he is resubmiting and should check again, I have since Wednesday checked but no change on the status. How long that it really takes for one to get paid?
