Uif claim rejected

I did my maternity claim online and was contacted by Jane . She requested me to send my UI19 and Salary Schedule. I emailed her documents requested. I explained to her that my previous company is unable to email a Salary Schedule as I am no longer employed but they manage to email the UI19 form, which have my salary information on there. My claim was rejected, they waiting on my documents which was emailed as requested. The call centre is of no help as they telling me to email the documents and to wait another 14 days. I emailed all documents on the 28th October. This is unacceptable as I urgently need this funds.
