UIF claim poor service!

I have been on maternity leave since 21 Dec 2015.I have been coming to Labour centre in East London to submit the documents I was told to submit,since 05 Jan 2016 I have been coming to the labour centre but my application was only captured on the system on the 29 March 2016.The service I have been receiving from the department is very poor.Till to day the 20th April 2016 my claim is not approved and I do not have anything outstanding. I have been calling the head office ,I keep getting bad attitudes, they even laugh at me threatening to drop the phone on me.I spoke to Mathapelo she gave me a very bad attitude, I spoke to Cloadi Ngobeni she threatened to drop the phone on me when I asked her where my documents are at if they can't find them and I sent them to ***, I also spoke to Sibongile/Sbongiseni she told me an email was sent to the assessor of my claim (which is in East London )to approve my claim. Even today 20 April 2016 my claim is not approved,I have not received any money and I'm going back to work on 25 April 2016.I have bills to pay,a new born to feed but no money,Department of Labour is giving me run arounds. PLEEEEEEASE help me I'm so frustrated.
