UIF claim pending forever

I'm P.H Masilela I've put a claim on the 21st of June 2019 after I've been retrenched by Koornfontein Mine but up until now I didn't receive any UIF payment as yet while my other ex colleagues they receive a second payment now , when I do a follow up they keep on extending days that I must come back after 2 weeks on the 12 of July I've done another follow up they keep on telling me to wait for another 15 working days. I'm really tired of doing ups and downs with no progress of the claim since November last year was not receiving any source of income failed by my ex employee now Department of labour is doing the same this simple means I must stay another six months before they can approve my UIF claim. I'm really disappointed because some of the staff when you asked them why the claim process took so long to be approved they will respond rude to you as if your offending them,UIF money is my benefit because, it was deducted while I was working so I don't think it might be a big issue if I claim for it and provided all the required documents. I'm really disappointed with department of Labour at Witbank because they are aware about our situation as ex Gupta employees but they also oppressed us they were even given overtime to speed up our Uif claim process but they don't even bother lucky are those who already recieved their payments.
