Uif claim pending for 7 months..

Sad and disappointed that a normal "post-retrenchment" UIF claim is still not resolved after 7 months. After paying taxes and uif my whole career, the system is seriously letting me down. I was retrenched end of February, and haven't received a single cent since. If their server isn't offline, their website is under repairs. I've made over 347 phonecalls, of which only one call went through to an actual operator. I've spent numerous hours in the que, just to be turned away at the door (thank you Covid). Is there anyone at the department of labour that can assist my case? Case nr ***
