Uif claim payment INQUIRIES

Hi guys does anyone have any idea on how to investigate where and how did my uif claim be made and be paid out to me when i havnt received anything are there numbers or a court who handles these cases because this is really interesting that all credits been paid out already but zero history even from bank statement records please can you help me on what to do ***
