Uif claim not received

Hello Peter I would like to lodge a complaint of the Department of Labor. I left my job in July, I then did Temps for 5 days in September and app**** last year October for my UIF. All went well and I received my first UIF in November. I then had to go back to sign the document for my second pay on the 29th of November 2019 and was told I will receive my funds In 10 working days time. I therefore went back on the 18th of December because I didn't receive it and was told to sign again of which I did. After yet another 10 working days I was told they need a UI 19 for the temp job I did in September. I can not get that as MPC Johannesburg has been closed down. I had to go back again today as I made a telephone enquiry and was told that all is well. I was therefore told to come and sign yet again. How do I ensure that I do receive my money this time?
