UIF CLAIM NOT PROCESSED SINCE APRIL 2020

It's now been 11 months since I app**** for this benefit and still nothing. You can't even go into a lobour center if you submitted the claim online. The call center is absolutely and pathetically useless. Everyone tells you a different story when you call. I've even had the phone dropped on me whilst speaking. It's actually very frustrating. I've been unemployed for a whole year and I'm still waiting for my UIF claim to be paid. Im sure it does not take a whole year for one to receive money. I've even called in numerous times to make sure that they have received the correct documents from me but still nothing. These people really think nothing of the people that really need the money. All they tell you is they have a backlog and YOU MUST be patient. Really pathetic.
